What should I expect at my first visit?

The first visit typically consists of a new patient exam and necessary digital radiographs and may include a cleaning, if needed. At this appointment, we conduct a detailed diagnostic examination to determine your oral health. Your oral health directly affects your overall health, and we use this information to come up with a comprehensive treatment plan. We may wish to schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss your treatment plan in more detail, if necessary.

Do you take credit cards?

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.)

Do you take Care Credit/financing?

Yes, we honor Care Credit and Lending Club as a service to our patients. Care Credit offers 12 months same as cash financing, with no interest for up to 12 months on purchases over $200, while Lending Club is a traditional loan servicing company.

What insurances do you accept?

We accept all dental benefits EXCEPT for Medicare, Tricare and Cigna DMO. Dr. Davis is an in-network provider for Delta Dental Premier, Cigna Radius, Guardian and Anthem 300, while Dr. Elmo is a fee for service practitioner. Our staff is happy to submit all dental benefit claims as a courtesy to you, and can help answer your questions regarding your dental benefits.

How do you sterilize your instruments?

Patient safety is the top priority at our office. As such, proper sterilization and cleaning protocols are followed between all appointments. Many items we use our disposable and are replaced after each appointment. Those that have to be reused are scrubbed and placed into an ultrasonic cleaner with an enzymatic cleaning solution and then sterilized in a steam autoclave, which uses the combination of pressurization, steam and a high temperature for a prolonged period to kill virtually all microorganisms. Our autoclave is monitored by the Sterilization Monitoring Service at The Ohio State University to ensure the complete removal of all bacteria and proper functioning.

Our office is located in Dublin, one of Columbus’ finest suburbs. Our building is easy to find, just one block north of Tuttle Mall, and ample parking is always available. From the freeway, head east on Tuttle Crossing Boulevard and turn left onto Bradenton Avenue. Turn right just beyond the four-way stop to enter our parking lot.

When are you open?

We are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. alternating Fridays.
